As demand increased for my coaching services I hired a team (including a team of coaches and my COO). My team helps run my business with the goal of the company operating without me. I have successfully reached the million dollar milestone AND pulled out of solely delivering my program. I can help you achieve these milestones in your business by helping you increase demand. When you focus on creating digital products like online programs and courses you save money on overhead and support systems to help you scale.

When I’m not running my company I enjoy working out, drinking coffee, traveling the world with my husband, reading, drawing, volunteering and spending time at the spa.

How I’m different from other coaches

My specialties include branding, sales, social media and entrepreneurship. My company grew over 220% from 2019 to 2020; as a high growth entrepreneur I’ve been in your shoes and accomplished what only 2-4% of entrepreneurs achieve: hitting the million dollar milestone in annual revenues. I’m the sole founder and owner of my company and I’m self funded.

My style is direct and focused. As a trained clinician (background as a Registered Dietitian) I identify as a highly empathic person. As your coach I help you look within and reflect by asking you difficult and opportune questions. I have the ability to switch into consultant mode where I can guide and direct you with proven approaches that get you results. My approach to supporting clients is individualized to meet your needs.

I’m highly extroverted, heavily involved with my business communities, and I’m an active volunteer and mentor to support early stage business owners (ranging from $250,000-1,000,000 in annual revenues). My personality profiles include: DISC profile I’m a high D/I: 89, 86, 8,18
